Romney was right Trickle down government doesn't work!
But neither does trickle down economics.
What we truly need is partnership and sharing in all the wealth our world has to offer. For this world truly belongs to all of us!
How can this be done. Through democracy in the work place!
It is time for workers to stand up and say even you the CEO rules by consent. And yes we maybe be expendable to you and just numbers on a graph or somebody you blink by in a second. But, we are all partners in this and we all benefit!
We demand a living wage!
We demand equal pay for equal work!
I believe we should all share in the wealth because in a company we all create that wealth. When you own a company if you want to run it by yourself then you get all the profit. If you want to run it with a partner then you share the profit. If you want to run it with multiple people then you all share the profit. This would drive profits at all levels because we are all succeeding.
Some companies try to give you a small taste. I worked at a company the profits it shared with its employees that everybody got so excited for was less than 1% of total profits. I mean multi-Billions in profits. Big "B" The CEO, the Stock holders, The board of directors, they didn't create that wealth. We did! we all did together. The people on the front lines shaking hands. I swear I have worked harder over the last 5 years than the CEO at my company. I know its hard work flying around giving speeches. Making sure the people under you are doing their job. Making final decisions. So yeah you should make 300 times what I make sure. I would have to work 300 years to make what he makes in one year! Now is that fair?
We talk so much about taking this wealth back in taxes. I saw we take this wealth back in paychecks! In Jobs!. The people of the world! The workers of the world! Democracy means no more fear! No more fear of your housing being taken away. No more fear of your child going hungry. No more fear of creditors. We need to demand work place democracy! We need to demand partnership. For we are all on this ride together.
The world will always supply what we need if we just take care of the world. For we are all the care takers! and we are all brothers and sisters! we are all one!
