Yeah Right Mike Pence

"But the American people deserve to know that on that day, President Trump also demanded that I choose between him and the constitution. Now, voters will be faced with the same choice: I chose the constitution and I always will."

I wonder how he feels about the First Ammendment then?

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

I mean he wants laws relating to things like LGBT rights, marriage, abortion, etc, based on HIS Christian religious beliefs (aka: "Conservative Values" ) . That sure seems like government establishing a religion to me.

So which is it Mike? Or are you just another hypocritical Republican? I think I know the answer.

The only thing I can say is I respect there is actually anyone left in the GOP willing to actually follow the bare minimum of the law. American Republicans keep voting the Republicans more willing to use the law in the outhouse.

Mike Pence is full of crap. Pence is attacking TFG but at the same time Pence will support TFG if TFG is the GOP nominee. In addition Pence does not believe that TFG should be prosecuted for Jan 6 or Mar-a-Lago

https://www.msnbc.com/rachel-maddow-show/maddowblog/mike-pence-believe-standards-trump-jan-6-rcna88344

We can say this with some certainty because, in a Fox News interview after his campaign kickoff in Iowa, Pence said he will “absolutely support the Republican nominee,” even if it’s Trump.

In other words, as the former vice president sees it, Trump’s actions after his 2020 defeat were so offensive and indefensible that he “should never be president again.” But Pence would vote for him to be president again anyway, because in his estimation, principles are apparently less important than party.

Last night, during a town hall event on CNN, the former vice president went a little further, adding that the Justice Department should give Trump a pass on his alleged crimes, even if federal prosecutors have evidence of Trump’s guilt. Pence argued that applying laws to former presidents might be "divisive," and there are "unique circumstances" surrounding Trump.

The comments came just hours after Pence said he would always put constitutional principles first.

Not to put too fine a point on this, but if Pence doesn’t take his own standards seriously, why should voters?

If Pence really believed his attacks on TFG, then Pence should support the prosecution of TFG and agree to not support TFG if TFG is the GOP nominee
