Arrest of Jay Johnston shows the effectiveness of FBI's efforts to identify Jan 6 rioters.
The FBI has posted pictures of Jan 6 rioters and various groups search the internet for these rioters and post pictures of these rioters for other people to identify. I routinely repost any such pictures of Jan. 6 rioters which come across my twitter feed.
Jay Johnston was evidently identified due to people posting pictures of Jan 6 rioters.
