The most important case is still the January 6th attack upon our Capitol.

Although the stolen documents case and the election fraud cases are not insignificant, the violent attack upon our Capitol and upon our democracy is still paramount in importance, in my opinion.

Whatever might happen with the Mar-a-Lago stolen documents case, or how it might be resolved, it will not deter the DOJ from prosecuting the crimes of January 6th.

If the stolen documents case must be adjudicated in Florida, then so be it. The attack upon our Capitol will mostly be adjudicated in Washington, DC.

The stolen documents and Georgia fraud cases are only corollary crimes to the attack upon our democracy.

the attack on the Capitol was an attack on our democracy and people need to be held accountable or it was just practice.

As far as holding Trump accountable: how many life sentences should we give him? Trump can be convicted to 30 years in prison under the espionage act and for obstruction of justice.

It will be hard to convict Trump for seditious conspiracy which is why I think that DOJ will prosecute Trump for the stolen document crimes first.

A Trump J6 trial has the benefit of exposing Trump's criminality to the world.

But much would be exposed to the American people and to the world.

if you are counting down to an actual trial I hope your counter has a lot of digits. I don't see a DOJ Trump trial happening before the election.
