Fantasy time: If you could kick all the Lobbyists off of K Street

Okay huge fantasy time here

If you could close down K street Stop corporations and special interests groups from Lobbying Congress and force them to donate that money to Charities that they normally used to lobby congress what would you do to the street and money?


I personally would turn all those buildings into FREE housing for the homeless. I would create a training center and give free advance training to anyone who wanted it.

1. Every time I see "K Street", I think of 14th and K. I worked near there in the summer of 79.

It was perhaps the sleaziest part of DC at that time. The wanted signs in the post office were mostly of people you just passed on the street. Unfortunately, one of my tasks was to go to the post office. Quoth the raven, nevermore.
