Aren't people who testify sworn in? Will they administer a special oath, or will everyone just break out in laughter?

I don't have a problem with satisfying ones desires, I think most of our thinking about marriage is derived from when women, and men, were property, that we can evolve away from it. But that has nothing to do with lying, except as an excuse.

It just seems ironic that a known liar takes another oath and we expect a different outcome.
