Has FBI Agent Frederick W. Humphries even been Suspended?

Humphries is the FBI agent who, for personal political reasons, told House Republicans about an FBI investigation so potentially sensitive that even the President was not aware of it.

Of the whole Petraeus mess, Humphries is the only player so far who leaps out as belonging behind bars... but I don't think his conduct was criminal. But either way, he should be fired and never have any sensitive government job with anyone, anywhere. And God knows no security clearance of any sort.


According to the New York Times he has not been suspended or punished in any way.

Goodness... how could he not be suspended? Is he currently working with sensitive information?
