The republicans would like to sweep Mitt under the rug as soon as possible. I think he and his campaign are representative of the republican party and exposed even further how deeply ugly it is and how firmly attached its lips are to the backsides of disgusting people like the Koch brothers, Sheldon Adelson, bigots and war mongers.
Romney exposed how the republican radical agenda and no faux repudiation by repubs with 2016 stars in their beady little eyes will blink away that ugly truth.

(223 posts)for all their 'self-examination' of their policies that turned off so many, I see no evidence of understanding all the lies they told had anything to do with their loss. There were so many, from beginning to end, that they want to run away from and pretend they didn't stand up for the truth. It just feels to me like their newest 'we have to appeal to all people' is their newest set of lies and they will say them convincingly over and over, and it will take another secret tape to show what they really feel.
