And, I do it proudly. When RWers use it as a slur, it doesn't bother me at all, because "Obamacare" isn't a slur. Is it perfect? No. There should be a public option, among other things. But, it is the first real step leading to single-payer healthcare for Americans, and having it named after the first biracial President is a terrific legacy!
All of the Dems I know IRL call it "Obamacare," and it is definitely not a slur to them.

Much like the Repukes that tried to insult him by calling it that.

Call it a measure of ambivalence.
Still, the way things are trending, and if it goes on to become a standard long term program like the way Social Security happened. To have it called Obamacare, means that Obama's name will go down in History and be remembered for generations to come.
Which is far more than any signature Reagan/Bush or whatever program can say.
So, I guess people here have the Right Wingers to thank for securing Obama's place as a name fixture for incoming generations.

I still think it is trending to be a very long term and essential program. So, it will still keep him as a household name for generations to come.
