It sold this past summer at auction and I'm not going to reveal the record price just yet, but the back story made me openly weep tears of joy for the man who owned this First Phase Navajo Chief's blanket.
It was handed down from generation to generation in his family and used casually around the house:

I believe that blanket eventually sold at auction for a half million dollars.

Not that unlikable people don't have good things happen, but I am glad that this family didn't sell that blanket to some unlikable person, before they found out how much it was worth.
