The Republicans will soon unveil their new propaganda strategy, code named PCEOC.

It goes like this:

When speaking to an African-American audience, they will say, "The problem with America is that too many blacks voted. Present company Excepted, Of Course."

For hispanics, "Mexican freeloaders are ruining this country. Present company Excepted, Of Course."

For women, "We should never have let women vote. Present company Excepted, Of Course."

…Well, you get the idea. I gather they're pretty sure this will solve their changing-demographic problem.

That, combined with judicious use of the "I'm not a racist/homophobe/woman hater--I have a {fill in the blank} friend!" should really cinch the deal.
