the truth about Obama 'not producing a budget as required by the Constitution'.
I swear to god, if this guy says that to me one more time, I am going to crawl into my computer and out into his mother's basement and beat him senseless. Like that movie...what was it? The Ring? The Grudge? Whichever one has the creepy kid that climbs out of the TV.
Anyway, every single time I say ANYTHING positive about Obama, he says that budget thing. I have googled it and am not coming up with a good, slam dunk article. Does anybody have anything I could link to?

(9,854 posts)He ain't no quitter, I will give him that.
And I have asked him for links and he just ignores me and goes on with his anecdotal rants. I mainly want to respond for the other people reading, not for him. He is NEVER going to change his mind.

(24,397 posts)It's the Senate that hasn't produced a budget, while the House has. The Senate Ds haven't brought Obama's budgets to the floor for a vote.
But it really doesn't matter, because the work of the government continues to be appropriated through various appropriation bills.
