10. I covered 13 recently due to a rant by a relative. Unsurprisingly, it's bullshit.

Michelle cannot currently practice law because she had her license put on inactive status (and POTUS put his on "retired" status). They did this because they were not engaged in work that required them to act as attorneys (officers of the court) in Illinois. Keeping the license active requires them to pay a variety of fees, dues, have insurance, etc. and take continuing education courses to stay current, and they opted out of that.

The nutbars try to imply some sort of wrongdoing (the relative tossed around the word "disbarred&quot , but it's their usual crap.

Factcheck and Snopes have pages on it, just search on "Obama" and "disbarred".
