Is this the administration's position on medicare cuts?
I just heard Jared Bernstein on MSNBC (tweety) saying he personally thinks the medicare age should be reduced, but he went on to say that medicare may be need to be cut to the providers,not he beneficiaries, atleast not to the most needy beneficiaries. Does that mean means testing?
