(17,767 posts)I assume it will just be a docket entry. Otherwise a notice of a court hearing would have appeared on the docket already.
So it looks like he will just release it electronically.
Then both sides will be free to appeal the decision or whatever the process is in new york civil court.

It will add up.

(23,947 posts)Often, politicians and administrations will drop the bad news late on Friday because fewer people pay attention to the news once the weekend begins.
This would be entirely different.
If Justice Engoron releases his judgment today, it will be monstrously huge news no matter the verdict. There would be no way that every outlet could not feature the story all weekend and into next week.
When it comes, it will be glorious.
