The goal is to stop Russia and to push them back to pre-2014 borders.

The strategy is to provide aid to an enthusiastic Ukrainian nation who have put their own boots on the ground and spilled their own blood on their own soil - men AND women. They have not asked for ANY troops form anywhere.

Our involvement is to supply them with weaponry. The money we give them comes back to us directly in jobs to build the weapons they need.

We get out of this far more easily than any conflict you can name. When they push Russia back and establish a defensable border, begin to export again to pay for that security, we simply spend less and less.
