While I expect, hope, and am 100% sure Biden will win re-election, it's time to clear something up...

Since a lot of people did say it was unthinkable in 2016 too, so the "unthinkable" could hypothetically happen again in November.

So here's what else will be unthinkable:

'Unity' or 'healing' with conservatives who use "liberal" as a pejorative, who talk about "real America", with people who see scumbags like Michael Flynn and Roger Stone as heroes, with the people who see Ashli Babbitt as some sort of martyr after victim-blaming Breonna Taylor and Elijah McClain

Ignoring Trump supporters suddenly dusting off Romans 13 about the government needing to be submitted to or whatever, oh, I'll notice

Agreeing with Qanon or Mike Lindell or whatever other crackpots you get

Seeing the potus as selected or appointed by God or whatever nonsense you call that

Pointing to the Dow, NASDAQ, or the stock market as a whole as an indicator of a "strong economy" when it was seemingly fine to ignore that for four years

All non-starters, sorry.

I believe the same. Trump simply does not have the numbers. Forty percent of Republican primary voters chose someone else in 2 early primaries. I am very interested in the Texas poll numbers tonight. I would not be surprised to see Trump’s numbers fall from 2020 because I have not seen one Trump sign anywhere. No more caravans, waterlogged boats, pickup trucks flying Trump flags, whatever. My spidey sense says there will be low turnout and the Trump total will be lower than down ballot numbers. But I could be wrong.

The oligarchs and religious extremist and White supremacist have been funneling Billions, maybe trillions of dollars to install their politicians, judges at all levels, and even military personal to end Democracy, their taxes, regulations and gain total control and power since way before Reagan. McConnell paving the road for them. Now they are a heartbeat away from their wet dream, they smell the blood. Like a pack of Hyenas circling the carcass a wounded country, they are waiting for the perfect attack to devours their prize. If you listen you care hear the cackling. Some of those MAGA faces raging outside the glass doors at the Capital look like rabid hyenas that smell the blood of their prey.
They will not retreat a single step away from their ultimate goal, being this close to the feast. They will pull out all stops, cash, suppression and attack anyone between them and their prize. No way they let decades of cash and planning go peacefully.
If we play nice, while THEY are ready to kill, we WILL be devoured.
All hands in deck, we need to fight like our lives depend on it.

I’ve read recently that November 2024 will be the death of the Republican Party if/when Trump loses. I don’t know. However, it won’t be the end of the pack of hyenas. Good one Traildog! To end the oligarchy, IMHO, we need to 1) raise income taxes on the wealthiest 5%, raise the maximum Social Security payment on the wealthiest 10%, and overturn Citizen’s United. We have to win and win big in November. I really, really, really want to see Trump’s face the night he loses. I really, really, really want to see him sit in a courtroom. 😉
