Is there an option of Trump filing more stalling motions????

Court opens at 8:30 am Monday morning. Donald Trump has three options at that time: 1) pay the full amount of the bond due, which is unlikely; 2) declare personal bankruptcy, which is a possibility; or 3) have his assets seized by Letitia James, which is likely.
Happy Monday!

Bankruptcy also requires the dissolution of assets to satisfy creditors. In other words, he would still have to sell 3Hotdogs Mar 25 #20

That the 8th deadliest, smelliest, mentally deteriorating sin will somehow get the money off-shore to pay the debt that he owes. Of course it'll be crooked, untraceable, illegal and treasonous money .... But hey, selling our country to the highest bidder comes so natural to him

Why: Because two things may not actually occur.

One: Trump may lose his appeal and the money's lost. No way will he be able to re-pay it.

Two: Trump may lose the GE, meaning he can't grant favors for the leverage exerted upon him. Again, snake eyes.

compared to all the money they have stolen that sits in their bank accounts. I hope you and I are wrong about that feeling, nothing would do more justice than to see the SOB go bankrupt.

Think. Again.

12:01 am today, or 12:01 am tomorrow, or close of business today.

Thanks!

Edit to add:

And if it was 12:01 am today, and he has missed it, James can just go ahead and start filing liens against his accounts and properties at open of business today (which is in half an hour (est).

Hospital and got the best treatment in the world for whatever was his health problem.

I suppose it does not matter if he admitted it or not-he lies so much no matter the problem or his desires!!

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump said early Friday that he and first lady Melania Trump have tested positive for the coronavirus, a stunning announcement that plunges the country deeper into uncertainty just a month before the presidential election.

“Tonight, @FLOTUS and I tested positive for COVID-19. We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately,” Trump tweeted just before 1 a.m. “We will get through this TOGETHER!”

.... he'll propose a smaller cash bond... say $250-300M. Engoron will deny this, but Trump will have preemptively requested an appeal, though it's not clear to me what the grounds for such an appeal would be.
