Former President Donald Trump on Tuesday attacked the judge overseeing his Manhattan criminal hush-money case and his daughter.

“Judge Juan Merchan, a very distinguished looking man, is nevertheless a true and certified Trump Hater who suffers from a very serious case of Trump Derangement Syndrome,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “In other words, he hates me! His daughter is a senior executive at a Super Liberal Democrat firm that works for Adam ‘Shifty’ Schiff, the Democrat National Committee, (Dem)Senate Majority PAC, and even Crooked Joe Biden.”

Trump’s post came a day after Merchan took his lawyers to task for claiming prosecutorial misconduct in the case and set his trial to begin on April 15.

“Trump puts a target not only Judge Merchan in the criminal case in Manhattan but on his daughter,” tweeted former U.S. Attorney Joyce Vance. “This is a rank effort at intimidating the judge by threatening his family. It merits a gag order but also serious pushback from GOP leadership—which we know won't come.”

Former President Donald Trump targeted the family of a New York judge overseeing his indictment, hours after that same judge warned him not to threaten anyone’s safety.

The company’s website says it runs digital campaigns for Democratic candidates, including Vice President Kamala Harris and the Biden-Harris campaign.

Trump’s family also posted photos of Loren and suggested it’s evidence that Judge Merchan is biased against the former president.

An injunction against threatening or harassing agents of the court or their families would seem like the very least requirement of any person involved in legal proceedings.

Let’s see what happens when he violates the order. If he’s jailed incommunicado pending trial, I’ll be satisfied. Short of that, it’s more of Trump pushing the limits of the law and the court with relative impunity.

to force an issue on which he can appeal, and thus delay his trial. If the Judge were to gag him, he would appeal to get an order narrowing the order or withdrawing it altogether. He would claim first amendment rights, and claim to the Appellates that he was deprived of his civil rights.

I hope the Judge rides it out without doing a thing. I would add a private security service, if he doesn't have one already, but just get to the trial. Trump is starting or now emphasizing all his old tricks. We are still waiting on the SC to shoot down his so-called immunity claims. I think he's in a totally bad spot with this trial.

As disappointed as I was for the delay, I think the Judge has got his sh*t together and is preparing to administer justice. So be it. Trump is going to be so embarrassed.
