(10,884 posts)Having raised many myself, I think the problem was the SS guys. Shepherds don't bite for no reason. Most of the time, it's herding. On rare occurrences, it's protection.
This dog is clearly showing a level of trust.

Dogs only care about how their owners treat them, not how the owners treat other people.
