(1,850 posts)and Trump needs a root canal and the juror is allowed to go and Trump has to suffer then yes, it would look unfair and vindictive.

(105,662 posts)despite what you hear on Fox. He told Trump and attorneys that he'd decide closer to the date when he could see whether or not the trial remains on schedule. That said, it was a dental EMERGENCY--not a juror's regularly scheduled appointment.
But the jurors are taking time out of their lives to do their civic duty--it is not THEM who are on trial. Not to mention, Trump reportedly has attended ONLY Eric's graduation and not the others--at least not Don JR's. My guess is Melania and Barron would be thrilled to see him skip it.
