The real test of the Supreme Court will decide on Trump's fate today!

Will they be on the side of justice, truth and the constitution or will they be on the side of Trump?

There are a 5 judges who we know are not friends of justice, three of were appointed by Traitor Trump himself.

I have a feeling that they those judges will be swayed to their allegiance to Trump as well as the court did with Bush v. Gore.

Immunity is not a right to destroy our democracy, rather it’s a tool given to a president to do a job that has limited power to protect our country.

Trump is using the “immunity theory” for his outrageous claims so he can avoid his own criminal prosecution.

It’s just a hearing and we won’t know for sometime whether the Court agrees or doesn’t? One thing is for certain? This should not have been heard by the highest court, but as usual, Trump gets his way and here we are!

They will diddle and stall and send it back to Chutcan and back to them and whatever it takes to buy time for the clown. In the end, after the election, they will rule that, of course, no President can have absolute immunity. Mission accomplished

7. Exactly, the Supreme Court will give Trump what he wants,

no criminal federal trials pre-election.

The SC will send the appeal back to Chutkan for clarification, she will answer, then it will go up to the Appeals Court and then back to the SC.

The SC has the ability to decide this quickly, if it wants to. It decided that Trump must remain on the Colorado ballot in 1 month.

This has nothing to do with immunity.

4. They will rule against this bullshit argument ...

... but they will do it in such a way as to *effectively* grant Trump immunity anyway -- at least until he has the opportunity to get back into office, at which point the issue becomes moot.

This backdoor approach is 100% intentional and corrupt, and is not fooling anyone but the most easily fooled.

5. They will be 9-0 against him with the ruling issued too late to allow the trial to move forward in 2024.

…effectively letting time rule in his favor without conferring the same rights to future presidents.

The documents of history will give the the high ground while they use the calendar to kiss his orange wrinkly ass.

IMHO of course.

I have no faith in Roberts either. In the end a Republican's loyalty is to the party not to the people, and they all prove it over and over.

I believe they will find a way to keep delaying making the decision so the trials can't start until it's too close to the election.
