(8,514 posts)Preferably something very public and very gross. Just for fun.

(8,514 posts)And trump has commented before about things making great tv, so he'd be happy about it, right?

(7,568 posts)Make complying with the gag order and commit no further crimes as a condition of probation, along with a requirement that he do 1000 hours of community service over the first year. Violate probation, and he spends the rest of it behind bars

(5,835 posts)over 180 years i think but
suspend the sentence on condition that every one of his violent cult "stand down." any violence, probation is vacated and "away he goes."

(43,201 posts)For 34 felony charges he should do at least a year. (With no special treatment.)

(2,331 posts)Mob boss wanna-be should get at least as much time as his mob lieutenant wanna-be got. Maybe with a little something added for being unrepentant.

(31,195 posts)"Should" be in jail for 4 years.
"Will" equals reality. It will probably be nothing consequential and he will appeal. Appeal could run past November.
If for some reason he wins POTUS, he will have any sentence removed via federal appeals court. (Will state that the office of POTUS will be compromised if he is incarcerated or on probation) He will still have his conviction, he just won't be confined.

(2,332 posts)That what I want it to be and what it will be aren't the same thing.
He deserves jail time, but I expect him to get probation and fines.

(7,486 posts)34 days in jail.
34 hours of humbling community service for each count.
House arrest until the community service has been completed.
Fine him to the fullest extent of the law.

(20,317 posts)I'm thinking it's likely community service. Which TSF will hate even more than imprisonment.
