For those Fox personalities who have complained of Biden's D-Day speech --

that he was taking 'veiled shots at Trump', even though he never mentioned Trump's name, I'm reminded of an old yiddish joke:

In Russia in the old days, three Jewish farmers are brought before the District Judge on the very serious charges of slandering the Czar. The judge reads off the report, that they were overheard in a tavern by the Police Captain talking about the Czar using very insulting terms. One of the Jews spoke up, trying to sound as convincing as he could. "No, your Honor. We weren't speaking about the Czar -- we were talking about the no-good Emperor of the Hapsburgs!"
The Judge looked sympathetic. "Oh, I understand, and I'm sorry that you were brought in. But it was an honest mistake. When the Captain heard 'Liar, theif, and degenerate', naturally he thought you were talking about the Czar."
