Orly Taitz, the California dentist and attorney who has gained notoriety for her relentless efforts to prove that President Obama is inelegible for office, suffered another blow last week when an Orange County judge rejected her attempt to retrieve Obama's college records.
"Your opposition will constitute Obstruction of Justice, Aiding and Abetting in the elections fraud in forgery and treason in allowing a foreign citizen to usurp the U.S. Presidency with an aid of forged IDs and usurp the civil rights of the U.S. citizens," Taitz wrote in an email to Botterud ahead of their court date. "At any rate your opposition and your attempt of intimidation and your allegiance or lack of allegiance to the United States of America is duly noted. Just make sure not to forget to bring with you Mr. Obama's application, registration, and financial aid application."
Orange County Superior Court Judge Charles Margines rejected Taitz' argument, citing procedural errors and questioning the quality of her evidence.
You should know that evidence is not stuff printed from the Internet, Margines told Taitz, according to the Occidental Weekly.
Margines also ordered Taitz to pay the college $4,000 to cover the resources spent defending itself.

(50,562 posts)She's a God-awful lawyer. If you get dental work from her she probably asks if it's safe. And she'd be a terrible girlfriend, one with no capacity to love.
The existence of Orly proves the nonexistence of God. According to the faithful God created us all and God doesn't make mistakes. Orly Taitz puts the lie to that notion.

(202 posts)how crazy and stupid is this lady. she is smart enough to get a law degree and become a dentist, but jeez, not much common sense it seems. how much does it need to sink in, that no one else, not even most republicans, believe her. there has to be a point when it should hit her, "hey, i'm just stupid for pursuing this. how stupid am i to waste all this time and energy".

Thankyou for all the laughs and the promise of only more to come albeit to smaller crowds. I, for one, will always appreciate the humor - unintentional as it is.

(57,600 posts)Taitz loses court case to Occidental over Obamas records
On a radio podcast he went on after the case, attorney Jay
Ritt, a friend of Botteruds who was brought on to assist Occidental defend its
position, commented on Taitzs legal skills.
I would like to take credit for a spectacular job preparing
papers and going down to the Orange County Superior Court and arguing this case
and getting sanctions, but I honestly believe a rhesus monkey could have beaten
Ms. Taitz and got a sanction award based on the awful lack of merit to the
subpoena itself, Ritt said. And the case itself, from what I could tell,
seems just ludicrous on its face.
