If Kamala Harris wins in November...

and I believe that she will and will do everything I can to ensure that she does, President Biden's selfless act will go down in history as one of the most consequential moments in political and American history.

To forestall a potential objection, I understand that she is not yet the nominee, but just a few hours into a new era, it appears that nearly everyone is endorsing her, including some who were presumed to be potential competitors for the nomination.

Short of sacrificing one's life, I can think of few things more courageous than sacrificing the powers of the presidency for the greater good of the nation.
