Nikola Tesla is probably spinning in his Grave

The fact that a company named after Tesla is headed by a Edison-esque robber baron and gigantic bigot like Musk is sickening.

Musk should have renamed Tesla to X rather than Twitter.

Nikola Tesla, who was probably either gay or asexual, a genius invented and had to fight a money grubbing Edison who took credit for other people’s inventions. Which of these two sounds more like Musk?

Not only that, but Musk’s crusade against the LGBTQ community and support of people like DeSantis, Abbot, and Trump would have targeted Tesla were he still alive.

Tesla deserves better than Musk!

Especially the recent comments by Musk on his trans daughter and opposition to pro-lgbtq legislation in California. The justification of which he used to take his company to Texas.

I even stated this in my OP.

Not only that, but Musk’s crusade against the LGBTQ community and support of people like DeSantis, Abbot, and Trump would have targeted Tesla were he still alive.

Tesla was founded in 2003, by Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning. They served as chief executive officer and chief financial officer, respectively.

Musk came along the next year and got his foot in the door by buying $6.5 million worth of shares in February of '04. That was enough to get him a seat on the board at the head of the table. So he bought his way into the firm.

I've been seeing loads of them here on a regular basis. They pull them off the rail cars at a ramp in Jacksonville.

It strikes me as either his or some other nimrods idea of what a truck of the future would look like, aesthetics be damned!

They have so many reported problems it isn't funny. You had better not take the fucking things off road, either! They're too heavy for their own good and get stuck in soft ground really easily.

Inventor of the radio. Yep, the patent office did eventually say he invented it first. Marconi improved on it and had the funding to implement it. Inventor of remote control. He showed it off at the Madison Square Gardens. He tried selling the idea of using his system to control biplanes remotely. At the time enemy airfields were close together because of the planes limited range. A operator could control by sight. The military turned him down because that wasn’t manly or whatever other macho excuse they had.

First alternating current motor and engineered the first ac power station at Niagara Falls. He accomplished a lot more.

Westinghouse didn’t treat him much better than Edison did. Died penniless.
