At the massage therapist's today I asked what she thought of VP

Harris’ nomination. (MT is a black woman and from prior conversations I know her values lean Dem.) She said she is having problems at home and doesn’t have time to watch TV to follow politics. I told her I understood but that I hoped she would vote. She said “oh definitely I will. I always do!” Yay! Later she mentioned that Harris had raised over $80 million. So she was holding out on me about doing at least a little politics following .

VP Harris might not win. I told her I had the same fear earlier, but that after seeing the rapid coalescing of support, the poll results showing the young Americans greatly prefer her to Trump, and the fund raising, I’m growing more optimistic. She seemed to like that but as we all know, a lifetime of experiencing bias makes one skeptical.
