When Kamala Harris wins in November, she'll be the one presiding over her own eletoral college certifiation.

Since she'll still be in capacity as President of the Senate.

The last time this happened was in January, 1989 when George H.W. Bush presided over his certification.

In 2001, Al Gore had to preside over the certification of his loss to George W. Bush.

Seems like a resolution to that tragic injustice.
