Hi everyone, I'm back in the saddle again.

I'm all healed up, my L. ankle is back to 100% as are my ribs and all the other aches and pains from my accident on my now sold Harley.

I talked about once I got rid of the bike, I was going to buy a '57 Chevy Nomad, unfortunately that fell through as the seller kept jacking the price up, so, instead, I purchased a '56 Pontiac Safari, which was Pontiac's version of the Chevy Nomad. it was actually a better deal, it has a supercharged LS-3 engine, Tremec 6 speed manual trans, a 4 link rear suspension, Mustang ll front suspension, A/C built right into the dash so it looks like it's factory stock, and all the other modern comfort creatures while retaining the original '56 theme, and IT IS FAST!!!

It's been a very interesting week to say the least and I for one am glad that President Biden decided to hand the reins to VP Harris for the good of the country, that's the sign of a true patriot and judging by the reaction of the R's, it's driving them crazy to do crazy things, which will energize not just the Dem. base, but also the sane R's, women voters, Independents, etc.
These are interesting times we live in.
