"Joe Biden has put the USA on a path to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by anywhere from 38 percent to 56 percent by 2035. The Inflation Reduction Act and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law are key legislative measures that contribute to climate change mitigation and adaptation. This will be a big part of Biden's legacy."
