It wasn't pursued (at the time) for various reasons, as the link notes:

8. I noted in a post a few days ago

about some aspects of whether the Orange Ruski also used his connection with Epstein to "bring customers" to Epstein by way of introductions etc. Also I noted that what we don't yet seem to know is about the whole transport of these girls. We know that witnesses stated some were very, very young. We know the flight logs. But we don't know, and I've not seen reference, as to whether the girls on the flights all returned together or returned at all. We know that they may have been trafficked to "friends" of Jeffrey and Maxwell. We know that at least one gave testimony about being taken to other places and being "passed around".

Always remember the statement about how he felt he could get away with just walking up and fondling people because of who he was. Did he also actively and knowingly provide customers to take part in sex trafficking underage girls? It is not an idle speculation or one without a plausible basis to ask.

about him walking in unannounced to the changing rooms for the models and pageants. Note that his modeling agency that he ran from 1999 to 2017 may have been facilitating trafficking of foreign girls. While legitimate models did work with his agency a question may be was it a "cover" for the ability to request all kinds of visas for foreign girls and did he and Epstein have someone on the international end making the visa applications for moving the US girls offshore to various countries. As deep as he is with the Russians it would make sense for it to be them.
