Ignorance is Bliss
I went to visit my dad today at the nursing home. I usually try to avoid the down town area because of traffic. I had to detour back because of construction.
As I was approaching the front of the Post Office there was a sign next to the mail boxes across the street. It said STOP here if you want to STOP OBAMA! No one around. As I passed I looked in my rear view mirror and saw a table set up with a couple manning it. Posters et all surrounding them. They were on the sidewalk directly in front of the US Post Office. That was the second time I have seen a group there...However they were on the park side and not in front of the office.
Decided to stop by on my way back.
I walked past the display of clipboards full of forms to sign. Huge poster of Obama with a Hitler mustache. Another blaming him for Afghanistan. As i passed the woman said hello to me. She then went on to say that they were working to Impeach Obama.
I responded Seriously...Good luck with that! If looks could kill I would be dead. Then I told her That I just stopped by for a laugh!
As I pulled away in my car I stopped in front waved ...as I pulled away I honked so they could see my Obama sticker so proudly displayed on my car! Oh yeah I shot them the bird too. They were pissed.
Me I felt great!
