after perusing a few of the threads on misc. subjects. i'm a little appalled by the number of alerts and negative jury decisions. i was initially attracted to this site because i was hoping for a place to read and discuss matters of the world with other free thinkers without the bias and censorship common to many other venues. i'm seeing that prejudices are not just in the realm of the conservative. i'm guess i'm have to redefine what i call a "progressive" if some of the posters call themselves "progressive"

You are complaining that minds are not free thinking in this forum, but what other forums are you comparing DU to?? And I am quite sure if you are saying something of value we would give it a listen. but if you are here to justify a republican position with no credible value you will get your ass tore out the frame
