Ted Nugent's Budget Deal: Suspend Vote For Welfare Recipients

Republicans and conservatives hate democracy and our constitution.

Ted Nugent called for the suspension of the right to vote for "any American who is on welfare" as part of his proposal to reduce federal budget deficits outlined in his latest Washington Times column.

The National Rifle Association board member also called for "slaughtering the three sacred entitlement cows" of Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security, and called for tax increases on "the nearly 50 percent of Americans who pay zero federal income taxes." Nugent wrote that these policies should be instituted "before taxes are raised on the producers, which will further choke the economy."

Nugent frequently attacks Americans who receive public assistance, whom he has termed "gluttonous, soulless pigs."

his screeching that resembles someone undergoing brain surgery without anesthesia could be considered a "singing voice" in the first place.

He's always been a despicable individual and someone should pry that microphone from his cold dead hands... since he's been exhibiting chronic brain death for most of his adult life... it's about time he was ignored and left to wallow in his own hatred in solitary ostracism.

that the guy was on public assistance, can't prove it, but just had a strong view at that moment. Nugent don't understand that his idea will eliminate some of the republican party's most ardent supporters.

to think of himself as a "producer"?

One mammoth fuckup that most of the Randian shitheads make is that they all simply assume that they aren't the parasites they pretend to loath. If you ever want to have fun with one of these really base idiots point out all the flaws in their grand self importance. It's really fun when they finally clue in that you're using their love of a really nasty all around asshole against them.

We had a Randian weirdo around here who loved to plaster his work area and car with Galt shit that couldn't quite figure out why I called him a parasite for using a State provided handicapped sticker to park closer to the doors when by all accounts I should have been able to park there because I got to work earlier. This idiot never made it past the probationary period because nobody would work with him.

One of them said that the vote should be restricted to taxpayers. I asked him if he didn't know that that was flatly unconstitutional. He expressed surprise. I told him if you're a citizen, you get to vote, that's how democracy works. He told me he was unhappy with it. I expressed surprise. "You don't like democracy?!?" He told me that "that came out wrong, you know what I meant." The conversation turned to the Denver Broncos after that. Seeing this post makes me think that there's 'irritation' and rabble-rousing amongst the regressives trying to make this a thing talked about.

How about...oh, why don't we take America back to the days when it was prosperous? Ted would certainly agree to that.

That's when we send him a bill for 93 percent of his income, and tell him the Republican general who won World War II set the tax rate that high.

Oh, off the subject: We have a "comments" section on all our letters, and a couple weeks ago some asshole decided to use it to slam Eisenhower. Apparently Ike was making the farmers dump milk for some damn reason, and it pissed off Patton so badly he returned to the States before his tour was up. Right now you should be thinking, "wasn't Patton killed in a traffic accident in Germany and buried over there?" because that is what actually happened.
