Just 4 weeks ago, Republicans were blaming Democrats for cutting $716 billion from Medicare.

Today, they are saying that the Democrats are offering no cuts? My, how a few short weeks can change their entire story! They are a mass of confusion. They are against Medicare cuts then they are for Medicare cuts?? It's difficult to negotiate with such irrational human beings.

chickenshit no good SOB's if you ask me
Of the pukes i know I wouldn't trust a one of them to be honest when the chips are down, not a single one. Of the Democratic Party people I know I trust them to always to do what is right. Big difference between the two.

This particular distortion is to bring the non-voting poutragers to the r-view as they answer telephone polling about what should be done about this terrible press-o-piss called the fiscal cliff.

Republican 'bi-partisanship' and 'compromise' is to get Democrats to do what Republicans want, and then attack Democrats for doing what Republicans wanted done.

the liberal media will remind you of what happened yesterday, unless it would give lie to whatever the gop narrative of the day is ... in which case, they don't.

... unlike me.
I forgot that the Bush Tax cuts were originally to have expired two years ago. Letting them expire now for all but 2% is being excoriated as a tax increase.
I forgot that social security is funded by contributions from workers and does not draw from the general ledger.
I forgot that Reagan was the president who began taxing those same social security benefits.
I forgot what a mess industry makes of the environment and how much the EPA has done to fix that.
I forgot a lot of things but I'll never forget what the Republicans said right after Obama's election:
"Our goal is to make Obama's presidency fail."
It would seem that this is the only thing I need to remember.
