Election turnout for Alaska was 300,000 people....... just under 60%

Is there any other state that demonstrated such a lack of Civic Responsibility?

Maybe they don't always like their choices

That statistic, if true, is actually pretty good. This election has reportedly had the lowest turnout since 2004.

I don't have the numbers in front of me, but I know Minnesota regularly hits the top of the list in voter turnout.
