The national delegates who are publicly stating that they will not vote for the Democratic ticket are violating their pledge. All delegates and members of Democratic party, (in Texas those are precinct chairs, county chairs, members of the state executive committee, DNC etc) sign a pledge to publicly support the Democratic ticket.

Even if one does not actually vote for the ticket, they are violating their pledge if they are involved with subterfuging the election.
