Matthew Dowd: One of the things incredibly powerful about DNC Convention and Harris speech was it was critical of Trump

and Vance and other Republican politicians and not judgmental of voters. It was welcoming of voters of all backgrounds and partisanship into doing what is best for America.

lying, corruption, small-mindedness, and sociopathy...but correctly chose a bit of balance. Maybe over the next 70 days surrogates can really do a deep dive about his severe and increasing limitations, not only to inform but to push his triggers.
