Do you consume alcoholic beverages?

I'm not asking you to distinguish whether you drink often or just on occasion but whether you ever drink or not at all.

Mine isn't bad and can be reversed with diet. I just use to eat a lot of sweets and wine and more than one glass to unwind.

I can't stand pot. Hate, hate, hate the smell - and (not that anyone believes me) smoking it triggers killer migraines for me. Sometimes even second hand can make me sick. But I think it should be legal - along with a few other drugs.

As for alcohol, a glass of wine can be nice and I do enjoy a good brandy eggnog in the winter.

haven't knowingly consumed alcohol since.

i even get a migraine when i eat food that turns out to have been cooked with wine, so i even avoid that where possible. sadly, while many waiters do the right thing, far too often they don't know and prefer to lie or guess rather than just ask the chef.

what i really hate is the "all the alcohol is cooked off" crap. first, that's just plain wrong. MOST of the alcohol is cooked off, but hardly ALL of it. second, who said alcohol was my migraine trigger? in fact grapes and raisins are migraine triggers for me as well. probably the tannins or something else in the grape skin.

I usually only drink with my evening meal.
Most days, I don't drink at all.
When I do drink, I usually have but one drink.
Occasionally, I'll have two. But, it's becoming a rarity;
perhaps two or three times a month, if that.

I have a weakness for a good margarita on the rocks.

By about age 30 (I'm WAY past that now), I figured
out that I did not enjoy drinking to excess, but before
then I did so occasionally. In the last 20 years, I've
never had more than two drinks in any one day.

On Edit: There's nothing quite like having an immediate
family member drink their way to an early grave, to make
one examine their own alcohol consumption.
