Did anybody watch tonight's episode of SCANDAL, and find themselves wondering...

...if(in a McCain/Palin administration)Palin would have pulled that "'land the helicopter on the South Lawn of the White House" mve(the way Kate Burton's VP character did)had McCain been shot or incapacitated?

The entire scope of the financial meltdown wasn't entirely known until mid-2009 - especially when the stock market bottomed out and the unemployment rate surged. With McCain as president, the whole economy seemingly coming apart, I suspect he would have had a massive heart attack and either died or resigned - leaving us with President Sarah Palin.
