Why is the federal government enforcing federal marijuana laws when a state says medical marijuana is ok?
Why won't the federal government enforce a womans right to privacy as in Roe v Wade when a state passes laws that infringe on a womans right to privately determine her own future?
Why won't the federal government enforce all aspects of the Affordable Care Act when states try to deny full access to healthcare insurance, private or otherwise?
