Al Cardenas former Florida GOP State Party Chair on MSNBC endorsed Kamala Harris

During Morning Joe. While Joe and Mika were introducing Cárdenas it appeared he was having a possible medical problem. Looked like he was trembling a bit and maybe hyperventilating.
