He's saying it's just another way of controlling people, like vaccines. He's saying, don't trust the Democratic government on milk or hurricanes or anything else. Vote for the anti-government Trump!

can cause bone tuberculosis.

Why would anyone want to risk any of these diseases? I just don't get it. But these are the people who are anti-vax, so I guess anything goes these days....

Mr. Diamond says that’s easy - seeding only during hurricane season makes it less likely they’ll be discovered!

One where Aliens and Angels live among us, and special humans can be Wizards, Shamans, and Profits of Gawds through the power of Woooooo.

Damn, I'm an Animist flavor of Humanism, and I wouldn't give them a benefit of a doubt - they're lounging around in the kiddy pool of credulity.
Pure Fictional living to avoid taking responsibility or acknowledging difficult decisions.

Last line…all they want is to ‘trigger’ people. Make wild statements, no backup, watch people facepalm and yell OMG!…
Not working as well as before. Put on ignore.

If one government's few have power over hurricanes, then the masses, the many of the world have the power to change climate.

And they've known about what they were doing for a long time.

Defense, Denial, and Disinformation: Uncovering the Oil Industry’s Early Knowledge of Climate Change

As early as 1959, oil industry executives understood the connection between burning fossil fuels and climate change. Soon thereafter, industry scientists confirmed beyond a reasonable doubt that the burning of fossil fuels contributed to anthropogenic climate change. In response, oil companies scrambled to promulgate climate change denial and disinformation in order to avoid government regulation. It was not until the late 1990s and early 2000s that oil companies began publicly acknowledging the scientific consensus on climate change and responded by promoting market-based solutions to mitigating emissions.

Our government almost certainly helped make hurricanes more powerful.

You know who walked away from the Paris Accord?

People blaming everyone but themselves for their own inaction.

Trying hard to "trigger"?

These POS gropers have no new ideas.
