All but one of the votes from our household have/will go to Dems.

There is a local judge my spouse is personally friends with - and both she and her Republican husband are good judges in relatively apolitical courts. She is running this year; her husband is not. When COVID vaccinations were hard to find, her husband made a point of helping everyone he knew (regardless of party) get appointments by logging in whenever appointments dropped and making as many appointments as the system would let him make. I personally know a half-dozen people he made appointments for, most of them Democrats. Under ordinary circumstances, I'd consider voting for her.

But my criteria for even considering a vote for a competent Republican this election is whether they have publicly endorsed Harris. So my daughter and I have/will vote for the Democratic candidate - but I couldn't get my spouse to go along. She voted for her Republican buddy.

Both my daughter and spouse have voted. I'll vote on Tuesday.
