Maybe it's time we take a page from their book

I get being the better party but that doesn't seem to account for anything, as evident by not just this the election but the last 3. Maybe it's time we start with hyperbole and fear tactics. They play to win we play to win but with limitations.

is next to impossible. We have to wait for the mid-terms before anything of significance is going to change. In the meantime, we just survive the next couple of hellish years the best we can.

...It would take 2/3 of the House, 2/3 of the Senate, and 3/4 of the States to ratify a constitutional amendment. That's NOT going to happen. And I think even this Supreme Court would not allow an executive to just "executive away" the Constitution. Even if only because that is also where their power comes from. No, we sit in Shiva for a week, lick our wounds, and then prepare to fight for the mid-terms.
