Question About RTW and State Majority Parties

Has anybody seen any research done to find out the following:

1. When states have passed RTW, what was the majority party in the state Congress, and what was the party affiliation of the governor.

2. Have RTW states maintained that same majority over the years they've remained RTW states?

3. Has RTW ever been overturned in any states?

In Michigan, we have a GOP majority Congress until January (surprise!), and our governor is Republican. Not to mention, our MI Supreme Court is tilted to the right, so if our newly imposed RTW law is appealed to the Supreme Court, I think it will die.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated!
