What anchors do during commercial breaks:
This is the Sacramento Fox affiliate's early morning anchor, Tia Ewing. She does a five hour overnight stint. Knowing sitting for that length of time isn't good for one's self, Ms. Ewing has a few things she does to pass the time and get the blood flowing.
Yes, this could be seen by some as off topic for GD, but if you could, please lighten up and just enjoy the wonderful exuberance of this delightful young woman. She is as engaging as anyone I can imagine.
