I own several from handguns to an ar-15
I'm not an NRA member they are just right wing nuts
I don't have a carry permit I don't see a reason for one. If I'm so scared I need to carry a gun day to day I need help fort paranoia

Here's why I own weapons
I'm Jewish at least by ethnicity
My stepdad fled the holocaust and lost his whole family
Could it happen here? Doubtful but I'm sure Jews in Germany thought the same thing. I have weapons as a defense against the nut jobs, the frothing at the mouth racists

I have one 9mm pistol. I was an NRA member but didn't renew my membership.

I have a carry permit and even live in a state where I can carry, but I don't.

I purchased my pistol after 9/11, for self protection.

Do I worship it, no...it's a tool, to be used when and if needed.

How do you expect your pistol to protect you from a plane commandeered by religious fanatics crashing into your building?
