Felon and rapist before a woman elected president...

All you need to know about how rampant sexism and racism are rooted in this country.

Trump beat women twice. He lost to a man. He was less qualified than all 3.

As a convicted felon and adjudicated rapist he won the plurality of the vote against the black woman.

It wasn't policy. It wasn't that he resonated with some part of the voters.

Many American voters chose an unqualified, criminal, failure over a qualified black woman.

not racism or sexism. When I've asked people at work or in a conversation, that's what they've said. People from all walks of life voted for orange man because they blamed the Biden administration for their financial woes

They always pointed to the economy. NONE of them admitted to being racists, homophobes, or White Christian Nationalists. Maybe, they just thought it sounded better to say it was the economy.

Those folks you are talking to are using the price of eggs as a shield! They lack all moral center.
There were two words that should have decided this election for ANYONE; Rethug or Democrat.
RAPIST
TRAITOR
Everything else is an excuse for their own moral degeneracy.

The Democrats don’t have the power to fill the hole in the soul of America.

or we could be like the UK where their women and minority leaders are conservative.

America's first minority president was a Dem and I hope our first woman president will also be a Dem.

Policies weren't as important as they wanted us to believe.
So, they chose the monster, over a well-qualified, compassionate, strong black woman.

It's just who we are as a nation. And I include myself in this. I hate Trumpers, for example. I hate every last one of them, including my (soon to be ex) wife's parents, and her brother, and all their lovely white, wealthy bible-thumping, Trump-adoring children.
